NB! On Thursday morning you will need to check out of the hotel so that you can leave your entire luggage in the special lock-up room at the Reception.

• 11:00 Venue open
• 12:00-17:00 Presentations
• 18:00 Closing of the venue
• 18:30 "Evening reception - LIDO Alussēta, Rīgā , 6, Tirgoņu Str." A relaxing evening held in a typical Latvian restaurant with all sorts of hot and cold meals and a very special sort of Latvian beer.
