Participation fees 2011

This year, the Early Bird booking discount of 50 EUR is available for applications made before 15/09/2011.

The participation fees are as follows:

• Riga – 990 EUR
• Vilnius – 990 EUR
• The participation of an additional representative - 60 EUR
• Presentation (optional) - 90 EUR
• Institutions attending the fair in both countries get a complimentary transfer from Vilnius to Riga
• There is an early bird booking discount of 50 EUR (due on September 10, 2011)

Note: All fees include VAT.

The fees cover:

• Venue expenses (Radisson Blue Hotel Latvija/Lietuva)
• Wireless Internet at the Venue
• Coffee and snack breaks
• Evening reception at a restaurant with proper buffet dinner and drinks
• Promotion Campaign

NB! There is a special agreement with Reval Hotels concerning room prices
