Oswestry School Oswestry School celebrates its 600th anniversary during 2007 and is the UK's second oldest non-denominational school. The School is set in 50 acres of grounds on the edge of the town of Oswestry within easy reach of Manchester , Liverpool, Birmingham , and Wales . Airport transfers can be arranged. The school has 320 pupils aged 9 to 18 and is co-educational throughout, both day and boarding. We have a modern outlook but respects ‘traditional' values and are proud of our warm, caring ‘family' atmosphere. The School succeeds in enabling pupils to develop their potential to the full, as shown by the high A level and GCSE pass rates, regular sporting success at County level and the wide range of musical, linguistic and many other extra-curricular activities, including outdoor pursuits. |
